Let us be one of the first to welcome you to the 2026/2027 school year!
As we prepare to begin another exciting year at Arroyo Vista Elementary, we are reminded that the heart of our school community are the connections we build with one another. Arroyo Vista is a truly special place, built on the partnership between our outstanding leadership, our incredible teachers and support staff, and our amazing families. Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning for another year, we are so grateful to have you as part of this community.
One of the best ways to stay connected is to stay informed, and we are excited to provide families with several resources to help you do just that. Our website, the Weekly Wildcat newsletter, and our school Instagram are just a few of the ways you can find important updates, school events, program information, and opportunities to get involved throughout the year.
We invite you to explore our website, where you can view the school calendar, learn more about programs, and find information about upcoming events and resources for your family. Be sure to also check out and follow our school Instagram linked here for campus highlights, reminders, and celebrations from around Arroyo Vista.
The first Weekly Wildcat of the school year will arrive the evening of Sunday, August 9, and will serve as your weekly guide to what is happening at AV. We encourage you to return to these resources often as we begin this new year together and continue building a connected, informed, and engaged Wildcat community.
With gratitude,
O’ryan McKinney-Bruskin & Sadie Stockdale-Jefferson
