Movie Night

AV Family Movie Night

Arroyo Vista came out for what is quickly becoming one of our school’s favorite events – AV Movie Night! While they waited for the movie to start, families picnicked in the courtyard and enjoyed games and inflatables on AV’s new playground. The 5th Grade Promotions Committee sold popcorn, popsicles, and other treats to raise funds for this year’s graduates. When the sun set, families enjoyed a screening of Sing 2 that left kids dancing in the aisle. And again, the kids closed out the night with multiple conga lines!

AV PTA wants to thank our co-chairs Janis Ortega-Gomez and Noël Mika Bahamón for making this such a special night for all. We would also like to give a special shout-out to the parent volunteers, the 5th Grade Promotions team, as well the South Pasadena DUDES for lending a hand when we needed it the most. Can’t wait for next year!
