Weekly Wildcat – December 11

All School Sing – THIS FRIDAY!

Our first All School Sing in three years will take place Friday, December 16th at 8:45am in the courtyard. We are looking forward to enjoying this special event with the AV community!

Here are a few tips to make the experience more enjoyable:

Parking will be a challenge. Try to walk or park a couple of blocks away.
Remember, even if you get a chair, no seat is a good seat. All students will be ‘on stage’ during the entire performance and each grade level will stand during their performance. Come for the general music experience of the whole program.
Please enter through the El Centro or Doran gate which will open at 8:30.
Be sure to have your child wear their assigned color:
- TK/K – Purple
- 1st – Blue
- 2nd – Green
- 3rd – Yellow
- 4th – Orange
- 5th – Red

AV Gives Back – HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE!

Join AV Gives Back and THE DINOSAUR FARM as we collect new toys for local kiddos in need! Purchase a toy (or two!) from The Dinosaur Farm and place in the collection bin (near their restrooms) anytime before 12/21! Email Kelly Kwan with questions. Thank you for your support!

AV STEM Night – Help Needed!

AV STEM Night is an annual tradition that brings our community together to experience the fun and fascination of science and technology. This year, the event will be held on January 19, 2023. The STEM Night committee is still dreaming up the plan and activities for STEM Night. If you have a cool idea or are interested in helping in any way, please reach out to Casey Law [email protected].

2nd Grade Parents Needed!

Each month, a different grade will be asked to volunteer to keep our drop-off lanes running. Without volunteers, we will have to close the lanes. December is 2nd grade month.
