Askable Adult Webinar Recording

Arroyo Vista hosted the workshop, “Being an Askable Adult”, presented by Vanessa Kellam at Health Connected on March 16, 2023. Webinar attendees learned about effective communication and strategies to make talking with their child about uncomfortable topics easier. Vanessa Kellam shared tools to create an environment of comfort, openness and trust to address matters related to growing bodies, relationships and addressing all of our children’s curious questions.

South Pasadena Middle School Auditorium – Friday, May 12 at 6:00 PM (Mandatory Dress Rehearsal – Wednesday, May 10 at 5:30 PM)

Please join us for our very own “MTV themed” show hosted by AV celebrity VJ’s Jessie and Nate Mobley and showcasing our best talent!

All grades & acts are welcome. Group acts are highly encouraged! Acts should be 1.5 minutes max & school appropriate. Sign up deadline is Monday, April 10.

Each month, a different grade will be asked to volunteer to keep our drop-off lanes running. Without volunteers, we will have to close the lanes. April is 3rd grade month. If you are a 3rd grade parent, please, please, please sign up for a day or 3 or 4. We need 4 volunteers per day! Sign Up HERE.
